Delivery
• We currently only deliver to the UK Mainland.
• We can provide next day delivery to most UK addresses including England Wales Southern & Central Scottish Mainland.
• We regret that we do not offer next day deliveries to Scottish Islands and Eire & Channel Islands.
• Arrangements and bouquets as seen delivered Tuesday to Friday only. (Monday delivery available to Maidenhead area).
• Please allow two working days for delivery when ordering.
• Only Orders placed by 3pm will be eligible next day delivery.
• Your delivery dates will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
• The earliest delivery date for orders placed on a Sunday will be the following Tuesday.
Supply
• All Orders are subject to availablity of flowers at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers for other flowers of equal or greater value.
• Every attempt will be made to deliver your order as shown.
• Unless otherwise stated, bouquets exclude vases and containers.
• All orders will be left at the delivery address.
• In the event that the recipient is not available the order will be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
• Bouquets may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
• We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Pricing
• All prices shown are correct at the time of publish and are valid for a maximum of 20 days of confirmed order.
• All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Gift Vouchers
• No refund or change will be given for gift vouchers with a value exceeding the order total.
• Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used once.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for up to 90 days from the date of issue.
• Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
